The advanced Oxidation gas created by the RGF Photohydroionization Cells are safe environmentally friendly oxidizers that revert back to oxygen and hydrogen.  The RGF IMSB utilizes the PHI Cel to create hydroperoxides, super oxide ions, and hydroxides.  The oxidizers are at a safe low concentration, produced by a targeted high intensity UV light.
